ENERGY DIY
These are the paints and glues.
For this DIY  I'm using neon pink
D, but with the Gel StainB any color is ok.
To cut the energy tendrils I use a Rotory tool with spiral cutting bit. This bit gives a nice random cut.
Clear plastic bits used for a base.

Blister pack plastic for the tentrils.
Cut out a tentril to the desired shape and length
Used a bit of plastic for a handle for the figure to hold.  Several tendrils can but super glued together  for more complex shapes. Coiled with needlenose pliers.

Mix up epoxy glue, apply with an old paint brush.  Let dry.
Looks like ice.
Mix the Gel stain and paint, less paint makes it more transparent.  Paint the piece.
Add a coat of hologram glitter
A for a nice effect.
Finish with gloss coat
C.  The gloss brings out the color.
Hope this helps.
