| These are the paints and glues. For this DIY I'm using neon pinkD, but with the Gel StainB any color is ok. |
| To cut the energy tendrils I use a Rotory tool with spiral cutting bit. This bit gives a nice random cut. |
| Clear plastic bits used for a base. Blister pack plastic for the tentrils. |
| Cut out a tentril to the desired shape and length |
| Used a bit of plastic for a handle for the figure to hold. Several tendrils can but super glued together for more complex shapes. Coiled with needlenose pliers. |
| Mix up epoxy glue, apply with an old paint brush. Let dry. Looks like ice. |
| Mix the Gel stain and paint, less paint makes it more transparent. Paint the piece. Add a coat of hologram glitterA for a nice effect. Finish with gloss coatC. The gloss brings out the color. |
